Poked helps people who don't need a CRM organize their LinkedIn network: C-levels, solopreneurs, freelancers,  authors/speakers, LinkedIn influencers, and ghostwriters.

My role:
1. Designed the product
2. Built an acquisition funnel with (SEO + cold outreach) leading to 25k visits and 1k users in Jan '24)
3. Optimized conversion (~100 paying customers to date)
4. Doing marketing and support day-to-day

Bootstrapped Pricery.io, a pricing/localization SaaS for B2B SaaS.

Pricery is meant for B2B SaaS growth/marketing teams to find and offer optimal prices to their global audience. eg: Netflix costs $19/mo in the US but $7/mo in Brazil.

1. Built the tool whole app.
2. Bootstrapped the marketing with blog articles and free tools for SEO
3. Got 30 paying customers (Hypefury, Draftbit, Nicelydone)
4. Got reached out to by the Stripe Acquisition team (but was too small)
5. Customers report an average 28% increase in sales in optimized countries!!

Built a SaaS for the family business to basically automate my previous job. Features were meant to:

1. Let customers book geo-detection times
2. Generate & send quotes
3. Let technicians write digital reports
4. Send said reports & invoices to the customers

We beta-tested the tool in real life for 3 months but the hopes of the team far exceeded my technical skills. I learned a lot about product management, programming, and stripping down features for a, MVP :)
