• Smaller ticket sizes

For now, most tokenized opportunities lean toward commercial real estate because predictable cash flows suit fractional models.

But the next wave could include:

Warehousing.
Data centers.
Premium residential assets.

If regulation, custody, and secondary markets mature, tokenization could emerge as a new investment layer alongside REITs.

The real question isn’t whether tokenization will arrive.

It’s which platforms will earn enough trust for investors to adopt it.
