Work with business development, product and engineering, analytics, and Fortune’s executive team to execute company strategy and see rapid audience growth (4X growth since Jan. ‘22). 
- Oversee Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For and Fortune 25 Best Places to Live for Families lists. Coordinate across teams for launch plans, including working with legal, PR, editorial, and analytics. Both lists had record traffic numbers and wide press coverage under my purview.
- Co-chair of Fortune’s inaugural Impact Initiative conference, bringing together executives from Fortune 500 companies with a focus on ESG and sustainability programming; moderator for panels at annual Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, co-chair of 2023 Most Powerful Women Next Gen.

- Managed a team of 5 writers and editors, oversaw the editorial strategy, audience development and conversion goals for Select, a personal finance ecommerce platform. The site grew 5X in both revenue and traffic from Oct. 2019 launch to Dec. 2021.
- Expanded our coverage areas to include a wide-range of financial products and personal finance topics with a special focus on reaching diverse communities. 
- Developed Select’s brand voice and growing our audience with the launch of Select social channels and newsletter.

Editorial Director, Select

- Oversaw the Money and Work sections of CNBC Make It and launched CNBC Select, managing 3 teams of 12 writers and editors, who produced 5+ stories a day on a range of timely and evergreen topics. 
-Served on the CNBC Make It senior leadership team, helping to manage the section’s voice, strategy, and traffic goals. The site grew 32% year-over-year in 2020 in part due to the team’s thoughtful coverage of Covid-19 and its impact on the economy.

As the Work & Money Director at Refinery29, I spend my days ideating, developing, and editing content franchises in both Work & Money and Tech sections. I oversee the section’s editorial calendar and tentpole packages. 

I am the founding editor of Money Diaries, Refinery29’s most popular daily column. The series has been featured in The New Yorker, The Guardian, and The Ringer. 

In my role, I've worked closely with the Refinery29’s sales team to develop our financial services business, which has grown 600% in the past 2 years.

• Manage Figment’s native advertising program (60+ digital campaigns in 12 months). Serve as main point-of-contact during campaigns: articulate and traffic deliverables, invoices, and budgets.
• Produce more than 300 pieces original content (contest, quizzes, blog posts, etc.) for clients including HarperCollins, Random House, and Scholastic. 
• Track success of branded content using various analytics tools; analyze results to drive deeper engagement. Increased quiz completion rate from 1k entries/quiz to 4k+ entries/quiz. 
• Produce, publicize, and host web chats with authors, drawing online audiences of up to 1000.
• Oversee a team of site editors, freelance writers, and interns.
