Guided digital marketing strategy & direction for Parallel Path's clients including Craig Hospital, Hostway, and the Financial Planning Association in this full-time position at Parallel Path Digital Marketing Agency.

Guided and implemented digital marketing strategies, including paid search (PPC), search engine optimization, paid social media, remarketing, programmatic advertising, IP targeting, content creation, website and landing page development for clients.

Worked with analytics team and directly with Google Analytics to provide insights and campaign optimization recommendations to client accounts.    

Developed the Digital Marketing Maturity Model, Digital Marketing Maturity Assessment and Digital Marketing Maturity Guide to help clients understand where their organization ranked across five key dimensions and move them along the maturity scale from nascent to mature.

•	Guided strategy, budget & day-to-day marketing activities of 12--person marketing and online teams for this B2B technology education & event company focused on business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing in this senior-level position reporting to the President.
•	Developed overall marketing plans and execution of audience development, attendee marketing, lead generation, membership marketing, brand awareness, PR and certification marketing efforts.
•	Owned the 4,000 page corporate website. Led multiple redesigns and updates of this SiteCore driven site to integrate new functionality and keep it current despite internal challenges. Delivered on initial transition to SiteCore after three others had failed. 
•	Formed a data-driven marketing team and added a marketing analyst to track and measure marketing efforts.
•	Introduced agile marketing to the organization, which focused on iterative campaign development rather than a waterfall approach.  
•	Worked closely with the central IT group to implement marketing technologies, include a new membership CRM.
•	Used ScoutAnalytics to improve conversions rates and performance of website.
•	Managed digital marketing initiatives, include SEO and PPC programs
•	Conducted market research to better understand our audience and user personas. 
•	Worked closely with sales teams on vendor marketing materials and sales tool development
•	Worked with management team on TDWI’s expansion into the UK and Australia. Traveled to the UK for TDWI to visit potential partners. Set up resulting business development and media agreements

•	Secured partnerships and media agreements with London groups that opened up a recurring $250,000 revenue stream

•	Provided marketing consulting services for B2B and B2C high-tech, financial service, small business, start-up and educational organizations. 
•	Focused on marketing strategies to grow small-to-medium sized companies & educational organizations.  
•	Provided digital marketing strategies, including paid search, earned media and website optimization.  
•	In addition to strategy development, assisted organizations with implementing tactics such as: digital marketing management, new product launches, webinar and event management, direct mail, print, and lead generation campaign management, market research, website management,  PR, and sales plan creation.

American Sentinel University

•	Led all aspects of marketing for this start-up online school, including marketing strategy, budget creation, development of the brand, and sales plan development.
•	Performed marketing due diligence as part of acquisition team. Responsible for integration of marketing teams post-acquisition. 
•	Managed company’s position in the marketplace as an emerging online education provider.
•	Developed and executed strategies for generating applicants for six-person admissions team.  This included digital strategies, traditional marketing strategies (direct mail, collateral creation, etc.), paid lead generation, affiliate marketing and PR. 
•	Drove the implementation of the school’s CRM system, effectively building a behavioral marketing system.  
•	Managed digital marketing campaigns.  Held overall responsibilities for website.
•	Used key marketing KPIs to track and drive performance 
•	Negotiated contracts with all outside marketing vendors.
•	Represented sales and marketing in quarterly board meetings.

- Rebranded and repositioned school to attract more students
- Grew enrollment revenue by 41% over a period of seven months

•	Worked with data warehouse manager to continually evaluate and refine programs based on performance.  
•	Managed extensive ROI reporting and analysis, including key marketing KPI metrics.

•	Generated over 25,000 leads per month for 17 admissions teams and hundreds of reps across the United States.

•	Analyzed sales cycles and developed sales tools to assist with each step of the sales cycle.
•	Worked with business units located in the U.S., Ireland, and Japan to develop marketing collateral and other sales materials.  
•	Attended IMPAX sales training to learn consultative selling techniques.
