My role involves extensive market analysis, creating strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative hiring practices to attract, retain, and support educational professionals. I successfully enhanced the company's staffing capabilities by positioning Little Sprouts as an employer of choice through a combination of data-driven decision-making, collaborative team leadership, and a commitment to program excellence.

Head of Recruitment

Optimized workplace well-being and fostered workforce growth through strategic initiatives. Created and led an 8-week social-emotional well-being training entitled Growth Zone for all center-based administrators. Created a weekly teacher feature which published in our internal newsletter, on our Careers sight and across our social media platforms elevating our classroom educators. Co-hosted a monthly antibias education series called "Casual Conversations" open to all educators across our network on updated NAEYC practice standards.

Barre & Soul

Spearheaded the expansion of a local fitness chain from two to four brick and mortar locations across three states with revenues of $2M. Created and executed successful launch of an online teacher training course, expanded yoga teacher training programs from one to five per year across four different locations. In addition to the studio and teacher training verticals, I spearheaded the launch of the Barre & Soul founder's personal brand with her first book, where it topped the Feminist Theory charts on day one of launch. I also lead the production and successful launch of the inaugural season of the Own It All podcast.

Sales & Marketing Director

Water Country

Developed, implemented and analyzed comprehensive marketing strategy for Water Country, NH.  Spearheaded all local PR, corporate sponsorship program, strategic product planning, group sales, consumer research, sales/expense planning and reporting, and promotional analysis. Lead 6-person seasonal sales and marketing team, managed outsourced creative and advertising agencies for media buying, social implementation, email marketing and website development. Identify, develop and evaluate key programs and opportunities through competitive/trend analysis, consumer research, metrics and management reporting.

·Developed and implemented digital strategy that increased engagement across all platforms, web and mobile traffic resulting in a dramatic increase in online/mobile sales 
·Lead strategy that identified and cultivated sponsorship relationships resulting in an increase in advertising revenue over previous years  
·Developed partnerships with several national brands, including Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Blue Man Group and Dunkin Donuts, extending park’s brand impact by 200k+ people
·Redirected media buys to include Hispanic radio and television resulting in higher weekend group sales and general attendance from the Latino community

Member of a creative team that coordinated with the client’s exhibit team to create marketing and event plans. Oversaw collateral development, logistics, staffing and ROI for each exhibit.  Generated new business based on ability to stay within budget while creating a unique marketing and event plan. Oversaw the development of new marketing and sales collateral and began a social media marketing campaign.
