•	Partnered with the Player Success Team to stay current on player issues, including developing ongoing communication strategies and working with the development team to convey feedback for in-game updates. 
•	Developed community and social initiatives to increase engagement and player retention.
•	Managed all CRM initiatives, including local notifications, emails, inbox messaging, and defining voice and tone for event messaging.

Product Marketing Manager

Big Fish Games

Collaborate directly with production and 3rd party developers to create brand marketing strategy for F2P titles.
• Build out marketing plan and execution calendar with internal teams (Player Communications, Social, and PR) for in-game LiveOp events and feature updates.
• Collaborated with the Research and Insights team to conduct market and consumer research, leveraging insights to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Developed campaign communication plans and pitch decks for Apple, Google, and Amazon, providing insights into events and metrics to support featuring requests. 
• Directed the execution of all creative assets for various products, including game logo and key art. 
• Defined brand voice, wrote creative briefs, and collaborated with the design team to ensure requested art visually represented the brand. Creating roughly 75+ creative briefs for marketing over 100+ in-game LiveOp events annually through various channels - Social, CRM, and cross-promo in-game interstitials.
• Partnered with brands like BANDAI-NAMCO to facilitate communications between game developers and external brand managers. Ensuring 100+ deliverables accurately represented brand identity and communication strategy.

•	Collaborated with Product Marketing in developing player messaging strategies around push notifications, email, and in-game messaging.
•	Owned the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) site content creation process from beginning to end. Coordinated efforts with stakeholders in developing brand marketing communications for marketing and informational web pages. Including: creating assets to meet spec requirements, drafting copy for brand pages, and product managed page creation from start to finish.
•	Stewarded the Big Fish brand identity through company-wide rebranding initiatives, including project management and content creation for the Big Fish homepage, Careers, and About Us pages, increasing page views by up to 140%.
•	Partnered with the corporate communications and game teams to create messaging to facilitate company-wide initiatives such as the NBCF partnership for “Game Pink” and the WHO “Play Apart Together” campaign. Resulting in increasing site traffic by 40% during campaign launch weekend.

Player Communications Manager II

•	Developed segmented messaging strategies for mobile and desktop business channels.
•	Partnered with Product Marketing in creating communication player journeys.
•	Sent over 5MM emails per week for ten lines of business, including Marketing for PC and F2P channels, internal business communications, internal HR communications, and external Legal communications. 
•	Created email assets, set-up and deployed email campaigns for various products; Including continually testing email subject lines, copy, assets variations, and link gifting. 
•	Developed drip campaigns for new player, purchase, and VIP targeted communications.  
•	Compiled and delivered reporting metrics to specific campaign stakeholders and built dashboards for independent data collection by cross-departmental team members.

CRM Specialist

•	One of a two-person team who create and deploy all outbound Big Fish branded mailings. 
•	Daily monitoring of Return Path data to ensure optimal inbox delivery metrics.
•	Utilize knowledge of HTML to create new and update older mailing templates for each respective Big Fish division. 
•	Collaborate with design teams on campaign creative, this includes providing feedback during the design process by utilizing marketing strategies to best convey the brand voice.
