Geçen hafta BirlikteBir.Iz öğrencilerine ve yeni mezunlarına özel gönüllü ATS Uyumlu CV değerlendirme projesine başladım. 

2 gün içinde bile 21'den fazla kişiden talep geldi ve süreçte bana verdikleri değerli geri bildirimler ile bu süreci aday için nasıl geliştirebiliriz ve kolaylaştırmak için nasıl adımlar atabiliriz diye düşündük. 

Değerli İlknur Akcaba'nın geri bildirimi üzerine CV incelemeyi elle değil prompt haline getirip ihtiyacı olan herkesin kullanabileceği hale getirmek için birkaç gündür beraber farklı yapay zekalardan yararlanarak, ve değişik promptlar deneyerek CV ve ilanı karşılaştıran ve CV'yi ATS'e en uygun hale getirecek bir şablon hazırladık.

Burada amacımız yapay zekanın yönlendirmesini kullanarak CV'yi iyileştirmekti ama bir yandan da o insanlığı kaybetmemek adına ufak eklemeler yaptık, şu anki haliyle hem Türkiye hem de Global şirketler için bu promptu kullanabilirsiniz.

Bugünkü yazının konusu önyargı: Önyargının ne olduğu, işe alım süreçlerine nasıl yansıdığı, yapay zekânın işe alımda önyargılara neden olabileceği ve bunları önlemek için neler yapılabileceği üzerine odaklanıyor.

Bu yazıya ilham veren kaynaklardan biri, BIAS Project ve Smart Venice'in  düzenlediği, Farplas tarafından organize edilen Capacity Building aktivitelerinin ikisine de katılmam oldu.

13 Kasım’da İstanbul’da düzenlenen BIAS Project'in ikinci programına da katılarak yapay zeka destekli işe alım süreçlerinde adalet, şeffaflık ve kapsayıcılık konularında ayrıntılı bir eğitim aldım.

Bu eğitim kapsamında;

• Önyargının psikolojik ve sosyolojik temelleri
• Yapay zekânın işe alım süreçlerine etkisi ve olası riskler
• GDPR ve AB Yapay Zeka Yasası çerçevesinde hukuki sorumluluklar
• Algoritmik önyargı tespit ve azaltma yöntemleri
• Değer Hassas (VSD) ve adil tasarım yaklaşımlarının uygulanması
• Etik, sorumlu ve kapsayıcı yapay zeka sistemleri için pratik egzersizler ve prototip çalışmaları konularını hem teorik hem de uygulamalı olarak ele aldık.

Bu sayede adil ve insan odaklı teknolojilerin geliştirilmesi konusunda önemli bir farkındalık ve yetkinlik kazandım.
