Hey there! I’m Ash Ali, an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on turning ideas into reality. 

Best known as the first marketing director at Just Eat, I helped scale it to Series A which then went onto become UK’s first tech unicorns.

But my journey didn't start in the usual boardroom. Without a formal degree, I carved my path through sheer grit, instinct, and a knack for seeing opportunities where others see obstacles. 

Today, I leverage my 20 plus years experience to mentor, invest in, and fuel the next generation of startups.

I co-authored "The Unfair Advantage: How You Already Have What It Takes to Succeed" which won Business Book of the Year.

I’m an entrepreneur obsessed with building and buying great businesses.

I recently exited The Pave, a holding company consolidating high-performing paving and asphalt businesses across the U.S. In the past 12 months, we’ve acquired multiple companies and built one of the fastest-growing platforms in the industry.

Before that, I started my journey in the medical device space. What began in my early 20s as a career in sales quickly evolved into a deep curiosity about how products were made, distributed, and scaled. That curiosity led me to learn how to manufacture surgical instruments and implants, eventually founding Surgical Republic, now one of the most recognized direct-to-consumer surgical instrument brands in the U.S.

Today, I use my platform to share authentic insights on entrepreneurship, acquisitions, and building HoldCos.
