Building Brands That Drive Growth and Command Loyalty

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of luxury hospitality, brand strategy, and commercial leadership, working across global markets from India to Thailand, Dubai, Doha, Hong Kong, China, and Canada. With over two decades of experience in revenue management, brand positioning, and customer experience design, I’ve had the privilege of building strategies that not only drive revenue but also strengthen brand equity and customer loyalty across diverse cultures and business environments.

My journey took an unexpected turn during the COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted my career’s upward trajectory and gave me the chance to step outside hospitality into the retirement living sector. That experience, combined with my pursuit of an MBA at Kellogg School of Management, helped me realize that my core strength lies in connecting customer insights, brand identity, and revenue strategy into a cohesive, competitive advantage.

Today, I leverage my global leadership experience, strategic mindset, and customer-first philosophy to help organizations align brand promise with business performance, ensuring they remain customer-obsessed, commercially smart, and future-ready. Whether repositioning a brand, driving market growth, or building high-performing teams, I believe great brands are built at the intersection of people, profit, and customer experience.

Arvind Bala

I am currently leading the development of forecasts to predict volume demand from external and internal customers and establish strong mechanisms to meet forecast accuracy targets and ongoing customer need for Amazon’s global seller business group. I collaborate heavily with data scientists, data engineering teams as a data science lead manager to improve seller business experience for Amazon’s global presence across Japan, Barcelona, US, China, India and more.

I have over seven years of post-MBA experience in analytics and product management with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer experience.

• Led launch of B2C researcher community App for AI ML project data collection and smartphone sales 
program. Designed Figma high fidelity product designs along with UX UI designers

• Drive cross team global corporate initiatives to establish Samsung India as Centre of Excellence in AI, establishing ecosystem partnership across startups and academics institutions for AI research. 

• Fast-track promoted to Manager & youngest to awarded ‘Wonder Women’ in Annual awards’22

• Worked as project manager for AI ML solutions for Samsung Research unit at Proof of Concept stage.

• Use data to improve product performance and stir direction for product improvement

• Developed dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, Power BI to help senior management take decisions along with relevant documentation on excel, ppt and docs.

I am passionate about driving strategic product goals with data. I have two masters degree (MBA and MS Analytics) giving me edge to use data to drive product development. I am an MBA from one of the top premier institute in India - Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Marketing giving me a strong understanding of marketing concepts.
