From Zero to Zoho: How 6 Days Changed Everything!

Six days ago, my product was just an idea. Today, I'm writing this from Zoho HQ, having just showcased it to a room full of developers, students, and tech enthusiasts.

Let's be clear: this wasn't luck. In less than a week, we hit some insane milestones:

- 150 signups
- 2000+ visitors
- 750 posts rewritten (and counting)

This momentum felt like a tidal wave, picking me up and dropping me directly into an opportunity I hadn't dared to dream of so early: my first product showcase at the Zoho Apptics × IndeHub Android Edition event.

Watching people interact with something I built, seeing their genuine reactions and hearing their feedback on the spot, that's the real magic. 

It's a reminder that all the late nights, the doubts, the endless tweaking, are worth it when you see your creation come to life in someone else's hands.

The boy with no support once, spoke on National Entrepreneurship Day

Yesterday, I had the honour of speaking at Rajalakshmi Engineering College on National Entrepreneurship Day, and it felt like one of those full-circle moments life gifts you.

I spoke about who I am, my journey, how I built Social Sculpt, and how every part of my story, from the struggles to the wins, shaped the entrepreneur I am becoming.

The students asked incredible questions:
- “How do I start from scratch if I know nothing?”
-“Whom should I take advice from?”
-“How do I build confidence?”
-“How important is networking?”

My answer was simple:
-Start messy. Start small. But start.
-Only take advice from those who have actually built something worth dissecting. The rest is noise.
-Ditch the doubters. Gravitate towards the doers if you want to evolve beyond your comfort zone.

The faculty were extremely warm. They took me to their Innovation Centre, showed me the products students are building, and the energy there was unreal.

Meeting those students, seeing their eager faces, reminded me why we do this. Not for the 'honour' or the 'privilege,' but for the chance to yank back the curtain and show them the real, messy, glorious fight of building something from nothing.

It reminded me why I love speaking to young builders, they have fire, curiosity, and no fear of dreaming big.

What a day to celebrate National Entrepreneurship Day.

What a privilege to share my journey, and to see firsthand that the future of entrepreneurship is in incredibly capable hands. Onwards.

I met a guy today who built an entire business ecosystem without a business plan… 

just with vibes, links, and distribution.
Read that again.

No funnel diagrams.
No “let’s strategize for 6 months.”
Just energy → content → conversion.

This afternoon, I was invited to a private meetup at The Base by DNA Community.

That’s where I met Azaan Feroz Sait — founder of The Hub Bengaluru, The Hubverse, Barely Opinionated and a bunch of interconnected ventures.

He didn’t “explain” his companies.
He showed how everything feeds into everything else:

A brand sends attention to a product,
a product sends trust to a community,
the community sends traffic back to another brand.

A perfect loop.
No friction. No forcing it. Just engineered attention.

It honestly felt like watching someone vibe-code the attention economy in real time.

I Didn’t Expect a PODCAST To Punch Me in the Face Like This.

Last evening, around 7:15 PM, I did something stupid.
I opened the Elon Musk × Nikhil Kamath podcast “just for 10 minutes.”
And then…

I didn’t “watch” the podcast.
I dissected it.

Paused.
Replayed.
Transcribed.
Fed pieces into Notebook LLM.
Turned every insight into a question.
Cross-checked the answers.
And by the time I looked up…

I had 66 damn Q&As sitting in front of me.

But here’s the part that shook me:
The podcast isn’t entertainment.
It’s a blueprint for the next 10 years.

And most people will miss it because we consume content like popcorn.

So here’s what actually scared me, inspired me, and made me rethink the next decade:

Some events remind you why you started building in the first place. 

Day 01 at the YourStory TechSparks event was one of those.
Walked in expecting just another startup conference… walked out inspired, connected, and recharged.

Met incredible folks from our Tamil startup ecosystem, caught up with people from  DNA Community, and even spotted a few familiar faces from Tamilpreneur and the team behind it. It almost felt like the Tamil founder tribe was under one roof sharing ideas, struggles, and visions of what’s next.

It’s crazy how much clarity you can gain just by being around the right energy.

I did a full “post autopsy” on one of the strongest content creators in India.

And I found something surprising.
Everyone sees virality.

Everybody says you need to post but nobody teaches you how to review a post!

After working with founders and CEOs on their personal brands, I noticed a gaping hole. Most people can write a post. Very few know how to evaluate a post.

They lacked a system, a framework, a brutal truth-teller for their content.

I got obsessed with the problem. I dove into hundreds of posts not for likes or virality, but to dissect them. 

Structure, clarity, rhythm, intent, reader psychology. What made some resonate and others just… exist?

The revelation was simple: writing is execution. Reviewing is strategy.

I once stood where many of you are now! From no support to this stage.

The path to success is rarely a straight line. Mine certainly wasn't.

At 23, I was already a manager, but that wasn't my first victory. My first was at 16, when I built a photography business, Astogs, from the ground up.

It failed. Publicly.

From building Social Sculpt - Personal Branding and Growth Marketing Agency, launching products (Postautopsy) and ASTOGS, being part of communities, networking with founders, creating jobs, getting promoted as a manager at 23, and now being invited as a speaker in different colleges and this one especially on National Entrepreneurs day, it’s been a long, self-built road.

Each 'no' sharpened my resolve. Every setback reinforced the belief that even without a safety net, you can build something extraordinary.

Tomorrow, I'm speaking at Rajalakshmi Engineering College on National Entrepreneurs’ Day. I'm not just sharing a success story; I'm sharing the blueprint of every mistake, every pivot, every moment of self-doubt that led me here.

If the boy who started his photography journey in 11th grade…
Who built ASTOGS and failed in public.
Who rebuilt himself through heartbreak…
Who launched Social Sculpt from zero…
Can take this stage tomorrow, Any student in that hall can build their own path.

And tomorrow, when I stand in front of hundreds of students, I’ll be reminding myself:
Sometimes your struggles become someone else’s courage.

Because the most valuable 'degrees' aren't framed on walls. My real degree was not engineering or Bsc. Visual Effects. It was resilience, learning fast, failing publicly, and building even when nothing around me looked hopeful.

Roast before you post, the rule that built my 675-day posting streak!

Most people fear feedback.
I survived because of it.

675 days of showing up on LinkedIn taught me one thing very clearly:
Your content doesn’t grow when you post more.
It grows when you post smarter.

And posting smarter = getting brutally honest feedback before your content goes live.

In my early days, I used to write a post → hit publish → pray.
Some posts did well, most didn’t.

Then one day an entrepreneur friend told me:
“Content is a product.
And every product needs a review before launch.”

That changed everything.

I started doing something weird:
Before posting, I would show my draft to 2–3 friends (These are people who write daily on LinkedIn not random friends) and ask them to roast it.

They tore my writing apart.

My writing improved.

Most students don’t need motivation.
They need clarity.

Today, I judged the Pitching Session at the IIC Regional Meet 2025 in St. Joseph's Institute of Technology of Technology and I realised something important:

Talent is NOT the problem.
Direction is.

I reviewed multiple pitch decks, and here are the 3 gaps I kept seeing:

1. No problem–market fit
Most teams jump into “solution mode” without proving the pain is real.

2. Great ideas, weak GTM
Innovation is exciting… but distribution is what builds companies.

3. Features > storytelling
Investors don’t buy features.
They buy clarity, conviction and confidence.

But here’s the good part ↓
These students are hungry. Curious. Fearless.

They just need better guidance, better exposure, and better rooms to grow in.

If you’re a student building something → Your idea is not the barrier. Your clarity is.

If you’re still thinking in 2D, you might already be behind.

We talk a lot about the Metaverse and VR headsets, but one of the most immediate shifts in immersive tech is happening right on the street corner. It’s the rise of Anamorphic 3D (or "forced perspective") Digital Out-of-Home advertising.

Look at this example with the Jordan brand. 🏀

It starts with a glass box filling with basketballs—a simple physics simulation—but the moment those balls appear to "press" against the glass and crack the boundaries of the screen, something shifts in the viewer's brain.
We are hardwired to ignore banners. We are conditioned to scroll past static images. But our brains cannot ignore depth and dimensionality that appears to invade our physical space.

Why this matters for your brand strategy:

The "Stop-Walking" Metric: In an attention economy, the only metric that matters initially is: Did they stop? This tech demands a pause.

Viral Spillover: These installations don't just live on the street; they live on social feeds. People film them. They share them. The ROI isn't just local foot traffic; it’s global digital reach. 🌍
