. Flipp specializes in creating digital first content and powers over 95% of retailer's digital flyers in North America. Here are some of the key skills I developed and grew during my time here:

•	How to build relationships with Directors, VPs and CMOs of billion-dollar retailers in North America
•	How to create media plans and strategies that helped retailers increase store visits and online 
        traffic with healthy returns on ad spends (ROAS)
•	How to build testing frameworks that leveraged either Market Level A/B Testing or Closed Loop 
        transaction level testing that proved statistically significant results
•	How to build holistic and engaging sales onboarding content that quickly enables new hires to meet 
        company & client expectations

I was Flipp's first Senior Account Manager (Senior Partner account lead) and I managed relationships with enterprise retailers like Canadian Tire, Home Depot USA, PetSmart, Toys "R" Us Canada, TJX (Winners, HomeSense, Marshall's), and Loblaw's. I grew YoY sales by 20% and successfully brought on multiple net new enterprise level partnerships. I also created the entire sales orientation program where I successfully onboarded over 20 new account managers in a 14 month period. 

Here's what I learned after working at Flipp:
•	Pioneering new technology with enterprise level retailers requires being comfortable with failure
•	Managing expectations and transparency are paramount in building long-lasting relationships even 
         if it means sharing bad news
•	Digital marketplaces are only as good as the content and consumers they bring in
•	Measurement & Attribution is the most integral part of any sell. Period.

I manage our day to day business relationships with national, enterprise retailers across North America. Our core value proposition centres around educating our retailers towards innovating their flyer strategy and finding better ways to connect with shoppers as the shift from print to digital media consumption becomes more prevalent. The position requires product, project and strategic sales development competencies.

In this role, I managed 40+ regional key accounts in the Greater Toronto Area for our Food Service On Premise (local restaurant chains, Post-Secondary Institutions and Attractions) business. My responsibilities were three fold:
1) Drive volume and revenue growth within each one of my customers
2) Implement strategic execution plans with over 40 sales representatives and managers across Ontario
3) Find new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share

In one year, I grew my account base from 26 to 42 regional key accounts and increased both revenue and volume sold by 15% - leading all Key Account Managers in Central Canada. I was able to grow my network with the leading food and beverage operators in the province and developed excellent negotiation skills. In addition to this, I coordinated various sales growth initiatives with various teams simultaneously that ultimately enabled me to exceed my sales targets.
