I'm driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to push my limits.

In 2013, I co-founded Noxgear, a company dedicated to enhancing visibility and safety for night sports and distance running enthusiasts, with Tom Walters. Like many startups, our beginnings were humble—working out of a basement and bootstrapping our way to success. 

Our first product launched on Kickstarter, and despite entering a crowded market, we trusted our vision and have grown Noxgear into an 8-figure revenue business, renowned for its innovative products and strong community of loyal customers. 

Beyond Noxgear, I've been fortunate to support and mentor young entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the complexities of startup life. Seeing our team members grow and thrive in their careers is incredibly rewarding.
