One of my memories in school, is hearing the words that the teachers and principals were telling my mom that "Farzad is definitely one of my most energetic students that gives great vibes to everyone and no matter where I move him in class he communicates with everyone and they want to sit next to him too" Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. From joining many teams in high-school, to studying internal and external communication, to working in different careers that allow me to utilize this skill in different ways, and to realize that I have this so called gift or honestly whatever that, I am a listener!

It started from kindergarten but the moment I went to elementary school up to today, People, friends, teachers and basically everyone (even strangers) described me as one of the best listeners and secret keepers and they described me as a super ambitious person because no matter what, I like to help people. Under any circumstances or conditions. A Dr who shall name remain-less told me "the world needs people like you" on the first session that I had an appointment with. She added" Not only because of your MBTI but because of who you really are"
Of course, every action comes with a cause and  I've faced many issues and problems in my life like everyone but I've learned and try to learn more each day that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business. Even if the the job that I'm not working in right now is not my dream job.

I have developed a passion for not only being the voice of those that cannot communicate for themselves, but also teaching people to communicate effectively.
