When your business relies on paid media, your site has to perform.

We learned that lesson the hard way Obvi 

We hit a point last year when we didn’t even like sending people to our own website.

Don’t get me wrong, people loved the product, but our storefront was a mess.

We were paying for way too many apps, the site was painfully slow, links constantly breaking, PDPs we didn’t trust… It was hurting our margins.

So instead of building more Repo pages, we decided to rebuild everything (almost) from scratch.

To do it, we worked with Platter to transform our Shopify storefront.

Here’s what they changed:

✅ Rebuilt our PDPs with modular sections (benefits, ingredients, testimonials, FAQs, education), so our team could easily modify
✅ Removed all the third-party bloat = cleaner architecture
✅ Created a native cart drawer with "complete your set" cross-sells
✅ Refreshed the entire design to match our current branding

The result?

- +10% add-to-cart rate from PDP landing traffic
- LCP faster by roughly 400ms
- Higher confidence sending paid, email, and SMS traffic to the core store
- Site revenue up 7% vs. the old one

Better than that, our team is proud of the site again.
