I also learned how to find the best funding solutions for different types of businesses, whether it's SBA loans, unsecured loans, portfolio loans, equipment leasing, or 401(k) business financing (also known as Rollovers for Business Start-ups or ROBS).

During my time at Guidant, I helped hundreds of entrepreneurs start or grow their businesses using their retirement plans. I also developed and maintained strong partnerships with my clients and business partners, and provided them with ongoing support and guidance.

I learned how to use the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) code to the entrepreneur's advantage. I learned how to use the ERISA code to help my clients use their retirement plans as funding for their businesses, without paying tax penalties, but I also went above and beyond learning how to use the ERISA code to help my clients protect their assets through several other methods and products.
