Overseeing the sale from agreement to completion, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring each threshold within the sale/purchase process is met in a timely fashion, strategically ironing out any difficulties that arise & continuously liaising between solicitors, clients and lenders, ensuring a drastically reduced fall-through rate.

I also oversee all the S&S Marketing, including photography, floorplans, Board management, portal & website updates, company branding and promotional material. This includes generating digital media to promote the different elements of the services we provide, in an engaging and powerful way.
