Vado almeno a 4 eventi di marketing e business all'anno.

E sono SEMPRE tra i migliori investimenti.

Impari. 
Esci dalla zona di comfort. 
Conosci nuove persone (futuri clienti / collaboratori).

Pensandoci nessun evento mi ha "stravolto la vita"...

Ma sommando tutti gli eventi a cui ho partecipato sì, posso dire che "mi hanno cambiato la vita".

Perché la crescita non è un colpo di fortuna, è un effetto composto.

➝ Quella singola riga sentita durante una consulenza o un talk che ti sblocca un processo interno. 
➝ Quel contatto che dopo mesi diventa la partnership più importante dell'anno. 
➝ Alzare costantemente lo standard guardando chi è più avanti di te.

La formazione e il networking non sono spese.

Sono acceleratori che ti permettono di comprare il tempo altrui.

Compro 5 anni di errori che non dovrò fare investendo in poche ore di confronto reale.

Molti aspettano il "segreto magico" sul palco.

Io cerco la conversazione giusta nei corridoi che mi fa evitare errori da migliaia di euro.

Chi vede la formazione come un costo rimarrà sempre a inseguire.

Io preferisco pagare caro per salire di livello, piuttosto che pagare poco per restare dove sono.

Litigio capo-dipendente.

Ecco le 10 lezioni che ho imparato nel 2025 dopo aver gestito decine di discussioni tra Manager e Operativi:

1. Il 90% delle volte non è un problema di "carattere", è un problema di processi aziendali non scritti.

2. Chi alza la voce in riunione di solito è chi ha meno dati oggettivi alla mano per difendere la sua tesi.

3. I manager micro-gestiscono quando non si fidano; gli operativi sbagliano quando non hanno KPI chiari da seguire.

4. Se deleghi un task a voce invece che tracciarlo sul project management tool, il litigio successivo è solo colpa tua.

5. Se un collaboratore ti dice sempre e solo "sì", non hai assunto un talento, hai assunto un pappagallo.

6. Il ruolo dell'imprenditore non è fare lo psicologo, ma riportare il focus di tutti sui numeri e sugli obiettivi.

7. Quando due veri "A-player" discutono in modo acceso per migliorare un progetto, lasciali fare: è da lì che nasce l'innovazione.

8. Chi giustifica un errore con la frase "abbiamo sempre fatto così" ha già perso la discussione in partenza.

9. Un feedback dato dopo un mese è una scusa per attaccare; un feedback dato in tempo reale è una correzione chirurgica.

10. La chiarezza brutale e basata sui dati batte sempre l'empatia finta. Fa male subito, ma salva i profitti a lungo termine.

Ricordati sempre una cosa…

Se non ci fossero discussioni, frizioni e confronti costanti, la tua azienda non crescerebbe di un singolo millimetro.

Perché significherebbe avere nel team solo macchine esecutrici, e non cervelli pensanti.

Scusa se non rispondo su WhatsApp.

Non è menefreghismo.

È che siamo tutti al limite.

Ogni giorno siamo bombardati da centinaia di notifiche.

WhatsApp. 
Instagram. 
Reminder. 
LinkedIn. 
News.
Email. 

Il cervello umano non è costruito per gestire questo volume di stimoli.

E quando è sovraccarico, fa una cosa precisa:
➝ evita tutto ciò che richiede energia mentale.

Compreso rispondere ai messaggi delle persone a cui vuoi bene.

Il paradosso della nostra epoca:
Abbiamo più strumenti che mai per restare in contatto.
E meno energie mentali che mai per farlo davvero.

Non è distanza. 
È sovraccarico.

E il ciclo si autoalimenta:
Stimoli continui ➝ esaurimento ➝ social leggeri per "staccare" ➝ più stimoli ➝ più esaurimento.

Il problema non è la tecnologia.

È che nessuno ci ha insegnato a gestirla.

Gestione delle energie:

Ogni 6 mesi faccio un digiuno di 96 ore (4 giorni).

Solo acqua e caffè. Zero calorie.

La prima volta che ne ho sentito parlare, la mia reazione è stata…

"Impossibile. Il corpo umano non può stare 4 giorni senza mangiare".

Poi ho visto un’intervista di Conor McGregor. 
Lui fa digiuni che arrivano anche a 7 giorni per resettare il “sistema” prima dei match.

Mi sono detto: se un atleta che brucia migliaia di calorie al giorno ci riesce, io non ho scuse.

Ecco cosa ho imparato dopo i primi cicli di 96 ore:

→ Lucidità estrema: dopo le prime 48 ore, la nebbia mentale sparisce. 
Il cervello entra in una modalità di focus che non puoi raggiungere in nessun altro modo. 

→ Reset del gusto: smetti di essere schiavo di zuccheri e picchi glicemici. 
Il cibo torna a essere carburante, non un vizio. 

→ Disciplina d’acciaio: capisci che la "fame" che senti di solito è solo noia o abitudine. Dominare l'istinto più primordiale dell'uomo ti dà un controllo totale su tutto il resto.

Perché lo faccio? Non è per dimagrire. 

È per ricalibrare la mia soglia del dolore e dello sforzo.

Infatti maggiore è lo stress e le sfide che superiamo, più semplice sarà gestire una crisi aziendale o una trattativa complessa.

Morale della favola:

Il corpo umano e il nostro cervello hanno limiti di sopportazione folli. 

Ma non li scoprirai mai se resti sempre nella tua "comfort zone".

Ogni tanto, spingersi al limite è l'unico modo per stare davvero meglio e alzare l'asticella delle tue performance.

Qual è l’ultima volta che hai messo alla prova i tuoi limiti fisici o mentali?

E poi dicono che le cold email rovinano la reputazione...

Certo, se mandi email del genere non credo funzioneranno 😂

Non affidatevi a scappati di casa. 
Non affidatevi a persone che lo fanno per hobby. 
Non affidatevi ad agenzie nate l'altro ieri. 

Come puoi fare un errore del genere in una campagna per un cliente? 

- Reputazione sporcata
- Risultati pessimi (le uniche risposte che otterranno sono lead arrabbiati)
- Euri bruciati tra l'agenzia che li segue + liste leads e abbonamenti software. 

Tutti facciamo errori. 

Anche io ed il mio team facciamo errori.

...ma non Orrori del genere 😅

Quante "mele marce" si nascondono dietro la frase "si è sempre fatto così" nella vostra azienda?

Il talento non muore per stanchezza.
Muore per contagio.

Quando un'azienda si siede sul "si è sempre fatto così", l'incompetenza smette di essere un limite e diventa la norma.

Un leader che non decide, o che decide senza sapere, è la mela marcia che trasforma professionisti brillanti in esecutori rassegnati.

Non è la motivazione che manca.
È l'ambiente che è diventato tossico.

Ricordate:

Se metti un fuoriclasse in un sistema mediocre, non sarà il sistema a migliorare.

Sarà il fuoriclasse a marcire.

Il passaparola è lo strumento di marketing n°1 per ogni azienda B2B. 

Su questo non ci sono dubbi.

Ha però un GROSSO problema fatale: 

Non si basa su dati certi. 

Vivere di solo passaparola significa accettare tre condanne silenziose:

- Scalabilità limitata: non puoi "alzare il volume" del passaparola a comando.
- Processo di vendita casuale: ogni trattativa è diversa e difficile da proceduralizzare.
- Insicurezza totale: non hai idea di quanti clienti avrai tra tre mesi. 

È marketing basato sulla speranza.

Ma c’è un grande "MA".

La qualità dei clienti che arrivano dal passaparola è inarrivabile. 

Sono già "caldi". 
Si fidano di te prima ancora di conoscerti. 
Hanno già alzato la mano e sono pronti a comprare.

Il “People Pleaser” è il peggior nemico della tua azienda.

Dire sempre di sì non ti rende gentile. 
Ti rende debole e “scarico”.

Nel B2B vedo troppi imprenditori che vivono nel terrore di scontentare qualcuno. 

Si comportano come se dovessero chiedere scusa per il semplice fatto di esistere sul mercato.

Ecco come si riconosce un People Pleaser in azienda:
- Dice sì agli sconti "perché è un cliente importante" (spoiler: i clienti che chiedono sconti sono quelli che rompono di più).
- Accetta clausole assurde solo per chiudere il contratto e far quadrare i conti del mese.
- Si carica di lavoro extra non pagato per "non deludere" le aspettative, anche quando sono fuori target.

Il risultato? 

Ti ritrovi con la pipeline piena di clienti tossici che prosciugano le tue energie e un team frustrato perché deve rincorrere promesse irrealistiche.

Un imprenditore non è un cameriere. 

Il tuo compito non è compiacere tutti, ma portare risultati attraverso un metodo preciso.

La mancanza di paletti distrugge la tua autorità. 

Se un cliente sente che può piegarti come vuole, smetterà di rispettare la tua visione. 
E se non rispetta la visione, non otterrà i risultati per cui ti ha pagato.

Il business non è un concorso di simpatia. 
È una questione di performance.

In ogni azienda "di successo" ci sono sempre (almeno) 2 figure.

Il nerd. 
E il venditore.

Lavoro dietro le quinte di oltre 40 aziende B2B ogni singolo giorno. 

E vi assicuro che quelle che dominano il mercato hanno sempre questa accoppiata al vertice:

Il "Nerd". 
Lo smanettone. 
Quello che sta nell'ombra a premere tasti. 
Costruisce i sistemi, ottimizza l'AI, legge i dati.

È l'Iron Man che assembla l'armatura pezzo per pezzo.

Il "Venditore". 

Il leader. 
Quello che alza il telefono, si prende i "No" in faccia e porta i bonifici sul conto. 
Il Jordan Belfort della situazione che va a chiudere i deal.

Perché sono entrambi fondamentali?

Perché un sistema perfetto senza contratti firmati è solo un costoso hobby. 

E un venditore fenomeno senza una macchina procedurale alle spalle è solo un castello di carte destinato a crollare al primo mese storto.

Il Nerd crea il potenziale. 

Il Venditore lo monetizza.

Ho prenotato oltre 6000 appuntamenti con le email a freddo. 

Ora Claude Opus 4.6 è 5 volte più forte di me a scrivere oggetti. 

La maggior parte delle persone usa ancora oggetti che andavano (forse) nel 2020: 

- “Domanda veloce”
- “NOME?”
- “Non aprire questa email”. 

E tutto ciò che ottengono è un open rate misero (pure con oggetti clickbait)
…e qualche lead furioso che risponde con: 

“Cancellami dalla tua lista”.

Negli ultimi anni ho prenotato oltre 6000 appuntamenti con le email a freddo per me e i miei clienti. 

E per automatizzare il mio lavoro ho deciso di prendere TUTTI gli oggetti performanti e darli in pasto a Claude. 

Ho chiamato questa strategia “SUBJECT GENERATOR”.

Siamo tutti bravi ad essere felici quando tutto va bene. 

Quando i bonifici arrivano puntuali, il team è sincronizzato e le campagne girano da sole.

Ma la vera forza non si vede negli "up". 

Si vede quando sei nel buio.

La vita, e soprattutto il business, sono una montagna russa. 
È un ciclo continuo di picchi e cadute.

Spingere quando sei in fondo, quando nulla sembra funzionare e la pressione sale, è la sfida più difficile che un uomo possa affrontare.

In quei momenti, l’errore più grande che puoi fare è isolarti.

Ho imparato che chiudersi in se stessi non è mai la soluzione.

Pensare di dover risolvere tutto da soli è solo una trappola dell'ego.

Nei miei momenti "down", perché ci sono per tutti, nessuno escluso, la mia forza viene dalle persone che ho scelto di avere accanto:

➝  La mia ragazza, che è il mio porto sicuro e la mia prima sostenitrice. 
➝  Il mio team, che non molla mai un centimetro anche nelle difficoltà. 
➝  La mia famiglia, che rappresenta le mie radici e la mia stabilità.

Contare sugli altri non è un segno di debolezza. 

Perché se vuoi andare veloce corri da solo, ma se vuoi andare lontano (e superare le tempeste) devi avere una squadra.

Non aver paura di mostrare le crepe. 

È proprio da lì che entra la luce per ricominciare a salire.

I see at least 3 posts a day where people complain about getting pitched.

If you built a personal brand on Facebook in 2015…
today you wouldn’t struggle to book meetings.

If you took Bitcoin seriously in the early days…
you’d be sitting on a stupid number of zeros.

And I think we’re in the same kind of window right now with LinkedIn.

I’m not a prophet. Nothing is guaranteed in business.

But the data is hard to ignore:

- LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network with 1B+ members across 200+ countries. 

- LinkedIn’s own ad tools showed 1.20B reachable members in January 2025 (up +176M year over year). 

- 4 out of 5 members use LinkedIn to inform business decisions. 

So if you start building your personal brand on LinkedIn today…
in 5 years you might not need to "hunt" for clients anymore.

Because you’re not building "content".

You’re building distribution.
You’re building trust.
You’re building relationships.

And later, results become a consequence:

- inbound opportunities
- warmer conversations
- partnerships
- hiring faster
- deals that start from trust, not from zero

But AI is not "the service".
It’s just one of the tools I use to deliver better results.

So if you sell services, stop asking:

"How do I protect myself from AI?"

Ask:

"How do I become so valuable that AI makes me even harder to replace?"

That’s the real move.

Don’t just sell execution.

- Sell perspective.
- Sell judgment.
- Sell outcomes.

Sell you.

I posted on LinkedIn to hire 1 setter.

After 1 day: 13 people reached out.
After 2 days: +6 more.
After 3 days: setter hired - exactly the person I was looking for.

Most people think building a personal brand on LinkedIn is only about:

- getting more clients
- positioning yourself better in the market
- booking more calls

Truth is:

A strong personal brand also means you can hire someone in 3 days by investing 10 minutes to write a post.

Don’t underestimate the power of a personal brand.

It’s your lifeboat when you need clients.
And it’s your lifeboat when you need to hire people.

You can build a successful company without obsessing over sales.

Let me explain.

I do at least 1 consultation a day with clients (90% are agency owners or info-product owners).

And almost all of them have the same problem:
Sales.

- "I need more sales reps".
- "My sales reps can’t close".
- "Our sales process is f*cked".

And they always try to fix these problems with...
More sales.

- Hire more people
- Add new sales tactics
- Rebuild the sales process
- Buy another script / framework / CRM setup

But what if the real problem is not sales?

What if the real problem is marketing?

Because marketing has one job:
Cook leads.

Cook leads for the sales team.

Meaning:

- Better positioning
- Better messaging
- Better content
- Better demand generation
- Better trust before the call

So when the lead gets to sales, the conversation is already warm.
And this changes everything.

Because most "sales problems" are actually marketing problems in disguise:

Low close rate → wrong leads
Long sales cycles → weak trust
Endless objections → unclear positioning
Reps struggling → lead not ready

Better marketing = easier sales.

That’s why I ALWAYS start from marketing.

I’d rather build a company where sales reps are working with qualified, trust-ready leads...

...than build a company where sales has to perform miracles every day.

A Marketing First company is easier to scale, easier to manage, and way less stressful.

Sales matters, of course.
But sales should convert momentum, not create it from zero.

Sales is not the engine.

Marketing is the engine.
Sales is the transmission.

If your sales team is struggling, don’t just ask:
"How do we close more?"

Ask first:

"What are we sending them to close?"

Environment is everything.

Who you surround yourself with.
What you see every day.
The inputs you get from where you live.

Sometimes you're not lacking discipline, motivation, or willpower.
You just need a different environment.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is take a flight, get around like-minded people, and lock in until the job is done.

Because you’re not going to perform at 100% of your potential if:

- you’re surrounded by lazy people
- you live in a place where comfort is too cheap
- you step outside and get zero stimulation to think bigger
- your daily environment keeps pulling you back to the old version of you

A lot of people are trying to "fix themselves"... 
...when the real problem is the room they’re in.

Your standards, your focus, your ambition, your speed - all of it gets shaped by your environment.

So if you want better results, don’t just change your habits.

- Change your environment.
- Change the people.
- Change the inputs.
- Change the standards.

Scale into the best version of yourself.

And the results will become a consequence.

“AI is not going to replace you. Someone with AI will".

WRONG.

You’re not going to be replaced by "someone with AI".
You’re going to be replaced by someone who is replacing himself with AI.

And let’s be honest:

We’re all getting replaced.
Every single one of us.

The real question is: who does it first?

Because the most important thing you can do right now is to replace yourself with AI, on purpose.

Before someone else does it for you.

That’s why every day I build systems for myself.
I don’t "learn AI".

I turn my existing skillset into AI-powered workflows.
I’m not trying to become the best at doing the work.
I’m trying to become the best at building a machine that does the work.

I don’t want to:

- create offers from scratch
- hire more people to scale
- train my team everyday
- build marketing strategies from zero

One day, AI will do that for me.
Not because I’m lazy.

Because I want leverage.

I want to ship faster.
I want fewer bottlenecks.
I want to earn more without adding stress.

And honestly…

I want to buy back time.

Replace yourself with AI.
Before the market replaces you.

So you can make more money and live longer :)))
