It was a project of The British Council under connecting classrooms that helped schools to collaborate with the school-based in the UK to share their curriculum and extra-curriculum activities to expand the vision and insight of the students of both countries through engaging and learning activities.  
My primary role was to 
Work with internal and external partners to execute activities and content strategies.
Provide highly instructional guidance to the staff members to achieve the required result in educational activities. 
Collaborate with all staff members to provide a comfortable and healthy environment to grow positively. 
Provide constructive feedback to get optimum performance. 
Manage and strengthen the relationship with UK partners to achieve long-term sustainable & profitable growth consistent with the overall strategy. 
Develop contacts through effective communication with International partners and actively participating in the competitions held by the British Council and other organizations. 
Exchange informative extracurricular activities such as religious, cultural, and traditional activities and collab with UK partner schools. 
Meet project requirements and deadlines.
Team up with teammates to accomplish project goals.
