Im a lawyer turned entrepreneur striving to build a better global and regulated path for liquidity and information to flow efficiently in private markets leveraging tokenization. 

During my time as a lawyer I have had the privilege of  representing clients like the Reserve Bank of India, the Election commission of India, and large state governments in the Supreme Court of India. 

Area of practice includes blockchain, fin-tech, and constitutional law. 

I have also been an investor and trader in equity, commodities and cryptocurrencies with over a decade of experience in web3.

I have helped consult DAO’s and various web3 protocols in my days as a lawyer.
