Founding Risener was a significant milestone in my career. We created products and services for the renewable market, utilizing outsourcing models as a startup company. This experience was like an MBA for me because I developed and executed the product strategy for my company's energy market outsourcing needs while also taking on the technical responsibilities of an engineer. We built and cultivated collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including other businesses, investors, and suppliers. As a startup, we pivoted some parts of our business plan.
