Highlights of this Role:
◆ Increased manual plating line capacity by 80% through process optimization and equipment modification opportunities
◆ Maintained compliance and mitigated site risk with environmental regulatory agencies. 
◆ Prepared and reviewed Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, Biennial Hazardous Waste report, LASD Self-Monitoring Reports, Hazardous Materials Business Plan, California Annual Storm Water Boards Reports.

Plating Production & EHS Manager

Responsible for day-to-day activities of the electroplating operations and developed strategic plans to ensure metrics were being met. Lead a team of more than 30 individuals to achieve daily production goals.

Process Engineer

Supported process production needs on a day-to-day basis, executed engineering project tasks and developed strategic process improvement projects to improve product quality and cost.

◆ Part of the design team for development of localized plating equipment, conduced equipment validation, develop standard operating procedures defined operating process parameters.
◆ Dispositioned non-conforming material, adjusted work order operations with proper rework instructions to address the non-conformance.
◆ Developed and implemented process improvement projects in the electroplating process to improve quality, cost and production constraints. 
◆ Implemented ICP-OES instrument into analytical lab by creating standard operating procedures and analysis procedures for over 20 tests.

I'm a process engineer that loves to dig into technical process problems and solve them in innovative ways. I create, scale and optimize processes that are business critical. I accomplish this by focusing on key results, analyzing the data and quickly adapting to new insights. 
 
I have over 7 years of experience in the aerospace industry as a process engineer with leadership responsibilities. More specifically, I've had the opportunity to polish my knowledge and skills in chemical processes including but not limited to electroplating, surface preparation, passivation, paint and epoxy coatings.       
 
One thing that I enjoy doing is to constantly learn new things. Whether It be reading the latest industry technical articles or researching my next Do-It-Yourself project to start at home.
