I work with leaders in Technology, Risk and Operations to:
	•	prioritise AI use cases that matter (value + feasibility + risk)
	•	design the operating model and governance that keeps delivery moving
	•	integrate AI into real workflows (process, data, security, adoption)

My background combines design thinking and systems thinking with hands-on delivery of People, Process and Digital transformation across financial services, technology, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

Recent focus: responsible AI at scale — setting clear accountability, controls, and ways of working so teams can adopt AI confidently and sustainably (not just run pilots).
