Nitin is a technology strategist and FinTech leader specializing in digital assets, central bank infrastructure, decentralized finance, and enterprise blockchain systems. Across his work designing and delivering mission-critical platforms for Fortune 500 organizations, and as the author of “Hands-On Blockchain with Hyperledger” and “Blockchain for Business”, he has operated at the intersection of technology, finance, and regulation—helping institutions move distributed technologies from experimentation into trusted, production-grade use within highly regulated environments.

That orientation toward real-world, institutional-grade systems was shaped through years of working across both core financial infrastructure and the emerging digital asset ecosystem—early on at IBM, later within the financial system at State Street, and then through hands-on building and advisory work across the digital asset space: first at Portal Asset Management, followed by the founding of LedgerLink, and more recently through advisory and leadership roles with The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Nethermind.

As a practitioner and long-term strategist, he brings a systems-level perspective on how blockchain and digital asset infrastructures must be designed, governed, and operationalized to support real economic value. His engagement strengthens our work on responsible institutional adoption and on building practical pathways for integrating decentralized technologies into complex financial and regulatory ecosystems.
