- Developers NO LONGER code in a straight line, they run multiple agents at once
- Developers WANT to see what the agents' code looks like in real time, so they can stir it in the right or wrong direction

This weekend we spent 72 hours at the AITX Community hackathon!

We had a blast, thank you Jake O'Shea and Michael Daigler for hosting and making sure everyone had good fun!

Everyone who built on Toolhouse took advantage of the NVIDIA Llama 3.1 Nemotron 70B LLM available on our platform.  Why? Because at Toolhouse we believe that EVERYONE should be able to build AI - we want to make it super easy for anyone to use any LLM, any integration, and not worry about the technicalities.

Here are some photos from the Toolhouse winners:
- 🥇 FixMyPlace: Built an AI Agent that guides renters through the process of getting their landlord to comply with their written rent agreements (i.e. fixing things).

The reason this agent worked so well is because one of the members of the team was going through the pain of dealing with their landlord

- 🥈 Nemo Context Highway: Built a webapp that lets you know of any issues in your neighborhood - uses voice and photos to put locations of interest on a map, uses Toolhouse MCP capabilities and Nemotron to interact with the user

- 🥉My form snapped: Built a browser Extension which uses AI to auto-fill specific forms. It uses multimodal approach combining web-scraping and voice input to quickly fill forms on websites so you don't have to type everything all-at-once

OpenAI announced on Aug 1, 2025, that ChatGPT has surged to 5M paying business users, up 66% from 3M in June.

Growth is happening because of startups, SMBs, and Fortune 500 firms.

This aligns with Boomer Consulting reports, where 70% of enterprises favor scalable AI, and amongst them boomer Gartner’s forecast of 82% Fortune 500 AI adoption by 2026. 

The timing coincides with GPT-5’s launch, boasting a 30% engagement boost across coding, math, writing, health, and visual tasks, with deception rates dropping from 4.8% (o3) to 2.1%. 

Pricing at $25-$30 per user lowers barriers, generating ~$165M monthly or $2B annually for OpenAI, outpacing Anthropic’s 1.2M users.

The "still very early" hint suggests a roadmap: that's agentic workflows and ERP integrations. That's a $1.81T AI market projection by 2030.
