At Alteryx, I led the Worldwide Customer Advisory organization, a 40-person global team responsible for driving revenue, market share, and strategic customer engagement across commercial and public sector accounts. This included oversight of solution architects, solution engineers, industry strategists, and the value engineering team I built from the ground up. 

I led the development of scalable tools and technologies to equip the field with value messaging and customer insights at every stage of the deal cycle—and paired that with enablement programs to drive global adoption and consistency. Together, my team served as trusted advisors to enterprise customers, helping them navigate digital transformation through advanced analytics and automation. Our work influenced over $800M in ARR and directly contributed to a 2–3x increase in average deal size and double-digit improvements in close rates.

I’ve since co-founded a consulting firm and partnered with over 25 growth-stage SaaS companies to sell outcomes. This includes developing value storytelling playbooks, refining executive messaging, training sales and customer success teams, and supporting the creation of scalable tools and business case frameworks.

Customers with complicated organizations and physical plants rely on CEC as extensions of their teams in making strategic investment and management decisions related to their technology and infrastructure. I serve as Culture and Compensation Committee Chair. 

What does it look like to see the same city with fresh eyes in the age of AI?

It starts with the familiar. The rush of footsteps, the glow of corner bodegas, the skyline you think you already know. But somewhere between the morning coffee steam and the late-night city lights, the ordinary shifts.

How many of your #security alerts matter?

Last quarter, my team reviewed 14,000 alerts. Only eleven led to investigation.
That's not a security program. That's noise with a compliance checkbox on it.

As a Board Director, the question I keep bringing back to leadership is simple: would we catch it before it happens?

Most organizations can't answer that with confidence. Not because they lack tools. But because they're measuring the wrong things. Volume of alerts. Hours logged. Endpoints covered. 

None of it tells you what the board needs to know: where is the human risk, and is it escalating?

The shift I've been advocating for is moving from reactive reporting to predictive intelligence. Not just flagging what already happened, but understanding behavioral patterns early enough to intervene before damage is done.

When I look at what predictive risk scoring is doing now, platforms like Teramind being able to detect behavioral shifts weeks before an incident occurs, that's the kind of intelligence that belongs in a board briefing.

Rule-based systems catch what you anticipated. Behavioral AI catches what you didn't. In insider risk, what you didn't anticipate is almost always what gets you.

Stop counting alerts. Start asking: what does this pattern mean?
