Managed client’s billing and $6,000,000.00 budget which included media, production, research and promotions. 
Select highlights: 
o Developed and presented strategies for Sprint’s annual marketing plan. The plan included a comprehensive “state of the industry” report, competitive analysis, advertising/creative goals and strategies, marketing test proposals and media plans for 40+ markets projected two years in advance. 
o Tracked Sprint’s market share and reported competitive activity on a quarterly basis. 
o Produced the 2000 Branding and Sales campaigns for Sprint which included: two TV spots, four radio spots, three print ads and two outdoor executions. Additionally, the sales campaign was the first full B-to-B campaign produced for Sprint since 1997.
