To get there, as CEO, I'm currently handling the community engagement & development, revenue stream setup, member/team sourcing, and more. Our current progress:
* Built MVP chat app in closed beta with 2-3 testers
* Shifted focus to grow an online community; reached 50+ total members, 3-5 active weekly

- Manage several other systems within the plant to maximize production, when time permits
- Forecast incoming batches to optimize storage and transportation efficiency/organization

Job Requirements:
- Manage monorail tracks, switches, and Jensen/Kannegiesser's proprietary digital monitoring and control platform, identifying and fixing faults, errors, and other malfunctions
- Collaborate with plant supervisors and managers to ensure products are transported, processed, and delivered on schedule

I enjoy devising new organization and management improvement strategies, and have made (and am always on the lookout to make) other contributions which improve plant operations and bolster employee morale and productivity.

Moreover, when I have time at work, I like to teach myself and theorize about employee organizational strategies and other business improvement projects, as well, so I can become familiar with all business operations, and contribute ideas stemming from that knowledge, to benefit the company as a whole.

Finally, in my free time, I like to optimize (and even design new) documents and technical guides on the safe, efficient, and effective use of equipment (also collaborating with supervisors, managers, administration, and maintenance to ensure all information is accurate and current), so that anyone new coming in can easily learn the methods I developed, and so there will always be someone capable doing the job, regardless of my presence.

Initiatives Taken:
- Synchronize with coworkers, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and morale
- Optimize dryer, and other machine, computer systems to enhance production speed
- Maintain all of the above, in a fast-paced, nonstop flow, with precision and efficiency

Job Requirements:
- Ensure all batches from the dryers are properly labelled with product and customer codes
- Collaborate with production supervisors/managers to send batches to correct areas
- Check and clear mechanical faults and sensor glitches in machinery, as they occur

Additionally, when I have extra time, I like to assist other employees with their tasks, learning as much as possible, and enjoy coming up with new ideas about how to increase overall efficiency and productivity. I have even written a full guide for skilled, efficient, and safe operation of the crane, dryers, shuttle conveyor belts, and wash tunnel presses.

Dryer Operator/Unloader

I’m from Vancouver, BC, Canada, and believe it or not, I’m half-Filipino, but I'm actually tall (6’4”/194cm).

I’m obsessed with intelligence & consciousness, human experiences, and storytelling. I’m always finding ways to use these to turn conflict into understanding, level up people’s capabilities, and bring people together in ways that create value and maximize happiness

Many of the things I like are within

 • Cognitive science, a superfield that includes social & behavioural psychology, neuropsychology, linguistics, anthropology, AI, and other fields related to intelligence and consciousness
     
 • STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), everything from astrophysics to quantum mechanics, microbiology to the Gaia Hypothesis, to analog, digital, and quantum computing

I love seeing how all of these come together and can be used to

 • Turn disagreements and conflict into understanding and connection

 • Improve the capabilities of people to learn and perform better for themselves, work together, and lead 
others

 • Create stories (and different ways to express stories) that attract, connect, excite, and inspire helpful action
     
 • Invent new approaches to seemingly impossible or infeasible problems, making them possible and feasible

And, I learn more about these every day, especially with insights of people I’ve been meeting along the way
