Continuous Innovation (CI) began in 2019. Our mission is to empower Sage colleagues, partners and customers to Innovate. 

My role is focused on data and experimentation and our North Star Metric of #of Active members drives our growth.

Role and responsibilities:
- Driving the metric of Innovation across Sage enabling colleagues to prioritize Innovation in their day to day.
- Acquiring Sage colleagues to join our vibrant Continuous Innovation Community through experimentation. 
- Validating and testing ideas in the Sage Business Incubator Program using LEAN & Strategyzer methodologies.
- Creation and management of CI data (Power BI). This enables and empowers our stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, and drive our experimentation efforts. 
- Drive the development of our growth funnel (AAARRR) and building a customer journey to drive retention.
- Coaching and supporting Sage colleagues through the experimentation process and tools inspired by Strategyzer.
- Co-founder of the Facilitation Dojo, giving colleagues a safe space to learn and practice their facilitation skills to help improve engagement, collaboration and psychological safety in their meetings/workshops,etc.

Drive awareness of Sage's advanced reporting tool, Sage Intelligence (cloud and on-premise in USA, Canada, UKI and South Africa) to increase activations and retention of customers.
− Collaborate with internal Sage teams across regions (USA, Canada, UKI and South Africa) to create product campaigns that drive awareness and leads for Sage Intelligence and the core Sage solutions using webinars, mailers, social media, landing pages, blogs
