Avegen began as Mirai Health, a connected health company on a mission to support doctors in delivering quality healthcare for their patients, which then expanded it's scope to technology solutions for different aspects of healthcare delivery.

In 2011, she formed a healthcare consultancy which, in addition to providing consultancy services in clinical research quality and training, also provides digital healthcare consulting services.

The purpose of this role was to provide quality assurance support for all trials sponsored by Johnson & Johnson group of companies in the Asia-Pacific region. During her time there, she conducted approximately 25 sponsor file and investigator site audits spanning phase 1/2/3 global trials in Neuropsychiatry, Cardiovascular disease, Oncology and Infectious diseases at sites in India, China, Thailand, Korea and Philippines. This included participation in a pre-inspection readiness, USFDA inspection visit conducted in India, “For cause” audits and audits conducted for systems compliance.

Aditi began her career at Pfizer's Clinical Research Division and worked as a Clinical Research Associate and then a Clinical Study Manager. She monitored and managed global, multicentric phase 2/3 studies in therapeutic areas like Psychiatry, Urology, Infectious Diseases & Cardivascular diseases.

Her last role involved line management of the entire monitoring group, which was an internal CRO to Pfizer India’s Clinical Research Division. This group comprised of 15 site monitors of varying degrees of experience located across different regions in India, who work across 25 -30 Phase II, III and IV clinical trials and manage over 150 trial sites spread across India.

Saathealth is an award winning, impact focused digital health company that is empowering millions across India and beyond to access health products and services through education and demand generation, bridging consumers with preventive health, diagnostics, services, and wellness solutions.

Previously, Aditi was a part of the founding team at Avegen, a mission driven healthcare company that used technology to design human-centred experiences for patients. At Avegen, she shaped and nurtured a multi-disciplinary team that combined expertise in managing private clinic practices & healthcare providers, agile software development, support, managing patient communication and conducting large-scale technology-led public healthcare programs. Aditi was also the editor of Connected Health Quarterly (https://medium.com/@connectedhealthquarterly), one of India's first content websites on connected health. 

Trained in biochemistry and clinical research, Aditi began her career at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson ensuring clinical research teams adhered to the highest standards of safety and ethics and in her various roles, interacted with doctors, healthcare professionals, clinical research professionals and hospitals across Asia and Europe. She has also conceptualised and founded the Diploma in Clinical Research at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and continues mentoring and guiding students in this field in an advisory capacity.
