I'm building Invisible because I’ve felt the pain of keeping track of work while doing the work.

Startups move fast, and most task trackers lag behind. They rely on people to manually update them, which rarely happens. Important context lives in Slack threads, docs, meetings, and tools—scattered and easy to miss.

Invisible is an AI-first task tracker that acts like a silent scribe. It watches your workflows, reads what’s happening across your tools, and keeps your task list current—without you needing to update it.

I’m not trying to replace existing tools. I’m building a layer that reflects what’s actually happening, not what people remember to enter.

This comes from years of helping startups get unstuck. I’ve seen talented teams fail—not because they couldn’t build—but because they lost track of what mattered, or spent too much time managing work instead of doing it.

Invisible is my answer to that.

Hi, I’m Himanshu. I graduated from NIFT Delhi, fell in love with digital early, and earned my first work online in 2005 building a website for an Aussie hosting company, while still in school in Lucknow.

Trained in business by my dad and shaped by design school, I started my career in 2010 with a project for UNDP. In 2012, I co-founded Design Karkhana, a branding studio that worked with PayTM, NHRDN, Stonex, and more. In 2016, I went solo with Cobold Digital, a tech and design studio that grew from 2 to 28, delivering solid work for MakeMyTrip, Hult University, Vani Kola, ORF, KPMG, NSDC, NIFT, and many others.

One of those projects led to EdgeCX, my first real product startup. We’re building powerful chat-tech for businesses on WhatsApp, RCS, and Apple, helping them engage customers in 2-way, real-time conversations at scale.

I split time between Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Bengaluru and wherever this crazy ride takes me.
