•	Partnered on consolidating our Commercial & Retail ERP solutions along with our Financials onto a common technology and operating platform, via SAP S4/HANA Fashion. The targeted outcomes will enable the business to accelerate on business strategies & priorities, while harmonizing business processes and streamlining operations.

•	Sponsored the introduction of progressive ways of working across focused technology & business teams through product mindset & agile transformation. This included organizational shifts, career development, upskilling & role calibration across business and technology teams.

Executive Vice President, Corporate & Consumer Technologies

Accountable for enterprise oversight and alignment of business solutions and technology to corporate business strategy and all corporate functional business areas including Financials, HR, Marketing, and Communications.  

•	Successfully completed transformative global brand acquisitions for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Speedo, and others, migrating acquired brands and operations into PVH culture and infrastructure; enabled PVH to diversify and expand portfolio growing to $8B+ from $700M.

•	Enabled realization of operating synergies within 6-12 months of acquisitions; synergies include 75% reduction in headcount and over 50% reduction in operating costs per acquisition; generated assimilation and synergies through evolving development of repeatable due diligence and acquisition based processes.

•	Consolidated disparate regional financial systems onto common global platforms (SAP, HFM/Essbase, Ariba, Concur, Thomson Reuters); completed via phased rollouts delivering project milestones within lean budget, generating immediate support savings and operating efficiencies. 

•	Successfully partnered with global HR leadership on the transformative consolidation of HR & Payroll platforms into a global platform (Workday, Kronos), including harmonization of HR policies. 

•	Developed integrated IT vision, strategy and roadmap anchored on foundational pillars. Introduced RUN/GROW/TRANSFORM model aligned with strategic IT and business initiatives to consolidate redundancy, provide visibility, and invite innovation.

Chartered with aligning IT with business operations while focusing on strategic initiatives. Led technology teams supporting Financials, Procurement, Master Data, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Licensing and eCommerce.  

•	Performed assessment and selection of ecommerce platform and architecture; consolidated 5 independent ecommerce platforms into common global platform, generating $7M in OpEx savings. Launched ecommerce solutions for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, GHBass, Izod and Speedo in North America (approx. $100M in sales); introduced Calvin Klein ecommerce platform in Europe including specialty B2B ecommerce business line. 

•	Consolidated PVH’s reporting and analytics platforms supporting wholesale ERP & logistics processes into single platform through SAP BI solutions. Reduced IT efforts and increased speed to market for business analytics (wholesale operations, logistics and financials).

•	Introduced global collaboration capabilities across all PVH locations (via Microsoft Tech-Stack & other digital experience enablers), streamlining efficiencies of approximately 10K end-users. 

•	Partnered with HR to harmonize recruiting and talent mgmt. processes; eliminated manual processes and workflow, providing consistent onboarding and organizational development via scalable solutions (SAP  SuccessFactors).
