Fabrizio began his professional career in Europe with the Electrolux Group (Home Products Division). He then moved to the Luxottica Group (Eyewear, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing), where he held several IT leadership roles in the US as well as in Greater China. From 2012 to 2014 he was Vice President APAC Global Information Services at The Estee Lauder Companies. In 2015 he joined PVH Corp. (Tommy Hilfiger, CALVIN KLEIN, IZOD, Speedo, etc.),  as Group Vice President International IT, based in Hong Kong. in January 2018 he was promoted to Senior Vice President IT Shared Services and, as of April 2019, appointed to become the CALVIN KLEIN Global Brand Technology Senior Vice President.
