Anton Golub is Chief Business Officer of Freedx, a next-gen centralized crypto exchange built for crypto newcomers and experienced traders. 

Anton is also an advisor, founding member and Chairman of SwissAssetDAO.

Anton founded & served as CEO of flovtec, Swiss market-maker providing liquidity solutions to digital asset exchanges, token issuers & protocols and offering investment products for professional & institutional investors. 

Anton is also a co-founder of Trust Square AG, a pre-eminent blockchain technology hub located in Zurich's financial district. 

Anton co-founded Lykke Corp, a blockchain-powered exchange to trade all assets with zero fees, where he served as a Chief Science Officer. 

Prior to Lykke, he worked as a quantitative researcher at Olsen Ltd (successor to Olsen & Associates, founded in 1985), a hedge fund that pioneered the field of high-frequency trading. As a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Alliance Manchester Business School, Anton worked on high-frequency trading, market microstructure and flash crashes. 

In 2011, he was invited to participate in the Foresight Project - The Future of Computer Trading in Financial Markets, an international project on algorithmic trading funded by HM Treasury in the UK. 

Anton has also been involved in several research projects backed by the European Union (EU) and was on the Supervisory Board for the BigDataFinance project funded through Horizon 2020. He has co-authored 13 academic papers and two books.

Advisor, Founder and President

Co-founded and launched SwissAssetDAO, a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) in Switzerland with the purpose of enabling crypto-native companies to access Real-World Assets (RWAs). 

Together with legal experts conducted a comprehensive global analysis of DAO frameworks and executed a set-up of the legal wrapper as a Swiss Association. Co-wrote the Articles of Association and Whitepaper, and directly contributed to defining the Treasury Policy and Ethics Policy.

Onboarded 100+ members consisting of top crypto, legal, and DAO experts. Leader of the Community workstream and contributor to the Legal and Treasury Management workstreams.

Grew SwissAssetDAO's public profile from a small tight-knight community to one of the most well-known DAOs in Switzerland, and a global leader in the space of RWAs. Represented SwissAssetDAO at numerous high-profile events and conferences. 

Served as a key point of contact for inbound inquiries for the services of RWA advisory and securitization.

China has been banning crypto since 2013 - Central Bank now says all crypto activity is illegal

I've been in crypto industry since 2013.
I've seen 10 times China banning Bitcoin or crypto.

PBOC says crypto remain illegal in China and all crypto business activities are classified as illegal.

Central Bank says stablecoins fail to meet KYC/AML standards.

China sees stablecoins as high risk for money laundering, fraudulent fundraising, and illegal cross-border flow.

Instead of allowing public to access crypto, China is focusing on CBDC (e-CNY). 

Same as in Europe, China wants to push digital yuan pilots and use in public-sector payments.

• Managed a classified RCMP contract for Head-of-State protection systems including information, physical facilities and personnel

• Manufactured bullet resistant passenger vehicles and SWAT Trucks
• Led the design and engineering of armored solutions for wheeled and tracked vehicles for military and national strategic asset transportation
• Won US and foreign government contracts in excess of 100 million dollars
• Managed Classified US Government programs for USSS, DOS, DOE, including a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) for a fleet of armored vehicles.

Additionally, in my role as the USA-based Digital Practice Manager at NHM Connect, a prominent government relations firm in Ottawa, Canada, I stay abreast of policy changes and upcoming regulations within the digital asset/web3/blockchain sectors, providing strategic consultation to startup and entrepreneur clients to ensure their success.

Furthermore, my entrepreneurial journey includes founding HEAT Armor, a defense company specializing in armored vehicles for Heads-of-State and tactical vehicles for law enforcement. I led a highly skilled team in designing, manufacturing, and installing the protection system for the United States Government's fleet of Presidential buses, collectively known as "Ground Force One", earning recognition for our expertise and craftsmanship.

My extensive experience in the financial industry, including trading on the New York Commodities Exchange, has equipped me with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends, which I have transitioned into the modern digital assets landscape. With a proven track record in media, business consulting, and manufacturing, I am poised to leverage my expertise to drive the success of startup, growing, or newly funded companies.
