The last four years have been incredible. And very tough. 

From YC applications and moving to San Francisco, to serving customers across every time zone. We’ve seen crazy growth, learned from crazy churn, and met really cool people.

But the best part for me was that we stuck to ourselves and to our vision. AI should deliver value, not hype. That’s always how we built and scaled our products.

This is also why joining Zapier feels right.
