- End-to-End Benefit Program Management, Design, and Administration: Responsible for maintaining, assessing, and designing benefit programs globally (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, Americas) that align to Global Benefits Philosophy, local market practices, and compliance requirements.

I worked with Aon Hewitt as a Benefits Operations Analyst (Team Member), wherein I was responsible for handling all activities of a Health & Welfare Analyst for the HR Employee Benefits Division (USA). I worked on the HEDAT edits (HR Data load files) and handle my US client’s employee information on Aon’s proprietary system TBA (Total Benefit Administration) System.
