Group 4 Securicor is a British multinational security services company. The head-office in Abu Dhabi wanted a centralized database with all the guards information on one sheet. During this one month project,  I was given the responsibility to collate and create a database, which is accessible with all security guards information.

•Created security guard’s personal information data base using MS Excel worksheet.
•Contacted other region’s branches for staff info.

Etisalat carried a project in the beginning of 2006 to streamline their customer information database. The 4 months project was for fast & better way to access customer’s accounts by linking their internet / mobile and personal landline.

•Updated customer’s information using UCI System (Unique Customer Identifier).
•Supervised & trained group of over 20 employees.
•Used call master for outbound calls to contact customers to gather information.
•Created, modified & reviewed entered data.
