I am an experienced Salesforce architect and consultant with a decade of expertise in CRM systems and marketing technology. My hands-on experience includes facilitating executive workshops, leading Salesforce implementation projects, and growing a Salesforce practice. I hold 22 Salesforce certifications and have been recognised as a Salesforce Marketing Champion.

As an expert author for Salesforce Ben, the world’s leading independent Salesforce publication, I regularly share insights and knowledge. I am also a frequent speaker at Salesforce community events and bootcamps. 

Past speaking engagements include Salesforce Connections 2025, Dreamforce 2023, MarDreamin' 2024, and Salesforce WTE Helsinki 2024 and Salesforce Finland Customer Innovation Day 2023.

Managing Architect

I was hired to build the marketing automation competence in the Finnish BU. My role is essentially split into these focus areas:
– Solution architecture for Salesforce marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Data Cloud)
– Presales support for cloud-based solutions
– Marketing related thought leadership (e.g. public speaking, blogs and articles, new service concepts)
