I am a Salesforce Certified professional with 5+ years of experience delivering and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. My expertise spans Salesforce Administration, CPQ configuration, declarative automation, integrations, data management, and end-to-end CRM implementations.

Currently, I work as an Associate Salesforce Administrator at Catchpoint, where I manage day-to-day Salesforce operations and resolve user support tickets within SLAs. My responsibilities include user and access management (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules), building reports and dashboards, and maintaining a secure, high-quality Salesforce environment.
