Introduction:
I graduated from the Faculty of Law and obtained the "Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist" qualification while still in university. I also challenged myself with the bar exam, but when the law school system was introduced, I gave up on my dream of entering the legal profession and started a new career in the music industry, a field I have been passionate about since childhood. 

At the age of 25, I launched a music label, discovering many talented international artists and releasing their music in Japan. After thoroughly experiencing what I wanted to do in my twenties, I joined Lawson Entertainment in my thirties. At this company, I was able to play a key role as a founding member of HMV record shop, specializing in analog records and second-hand sales.

Career Transition:
Later, seeking new challenges, I ventured into the world of Salesforce. Several years have passed since then, and I continue to learn and work diligently every day. 

I am always seeking growth and passionate about taking on challenges. Providing value to people and finding innovative solutions in the realm of Salesforce is what drives me.

Spring '26 New Release info -
🚀 Marketing Cloud Next: More Flexible Scheduling for Segment-Triggered Flows

In the Spring ’26 release for Marketing Cloud Next (Growth & Advanced Edition), recurring schedule configuration for Segment-Triggered Flows has been significantly enhanced.

Until now, recurring options were fairly limited:
・ Daily (run at the same time every day)
・ Weekly (run at the same time every week)

While functional, these options created real limitations for scenarios such as:
“I want it to run hourly.”
“I want it to run only on weekdays.”
“I want it to run on a specific date every month.”
“I want to set up an annual batch.”

Compared to Marketing Cloud Engagement, flexibility was clearly lacking.
That has now changed. 👏

✅ Newly Added Scheduling Options
The following options are now available:
・ Hourly
・ Daily on Weekdays
・ Weekly on Specific Days
・ Monthly on Specific Days
・ Yearly

Let’s review each one.

1️⃣ Hourly
You can now configure flows to run on an hourly basis.
・ Adjustable interval: 1 hour to 168 hours (7 days)
・ Simple and flexible configuration
This is particularly useful for near real-time segmentation use cases or operational batch updates.

2️⃣ Daily on Weekdays
In addition to the existing “Daily (same time every day)”, a new option has been added:
・ Monday through Friday (same time)
⚠️ Important:
This setting does not consider public holidays. It will run even on national holidays.
If holiday suppression is required, additional development logic will be necessary.

3️⃣ Weekly on Specific Days
Previously, weekly scheduling was limited to a simple “every week at the same time.”
Now you can:
・ Select intervals from every 1 week up to every 52 weeks
・ Choose multiple specific days of the week
For example:
・ Every 2 weeks on Monday and Thursday
・ Every 4 weeks on Wednesday
This brings much-needed flexibility to recurring engagement strategies.

4️⃣ Monthly on Specific Days
Monthly settings have become much more powerful.
・ Interval: 1 month to 12 months
・ Example: Set to “3” for quarterly execution
Choose:
・ Specific date (e.g., 15th of each month)
・ End of Month (last day)

5️⃣ Yearly
The yearly option is straightforward.
Example:
・ Run every year on February 18 at 12:00
No complex configuration required.

Honestly, this is an update that can be said to have finally reached a level of flexibility comparable to Marketing Cloud Engagement.

It strongly conveys that Marketing Cloud Next is evolving to a “production-ready level”. 👏

🚀 Marketing Cloud Next: Campaign Preview Refinement

Spring ’26 brings a major enhancement to Campaign Creation in Marketing Cloud Next Growth & Advanced Edition.

With the new update, when creating a campaign through Agentforce, a Campaign Preview draft now appears directly on the Brief — allowing you to refine subject lines, body copy, wait times, and flow steps before finalizing the campaign.

This makes campaign building far more practical and efficient.

🔄 What’s New?
✅ New “Campaign Preview Refinement” topic
✅ Updated "Campaign Planning" topic
✅ Brand settings now correctly reflected in generated emails
💡 Previously, even if you applied brand settings (colors, fonts, tone), they were not reflected. From Spring ’26 onward — they are properly applied.

⚠ Important: Reconfiguration Required
Existing topics are not automatically updated.

To fully enable this enhancement, you must:
1️⃣ Delete the existing topic
2️⃣ Re-add the latest version

After reconfiguration, these three topics should be visible:
- Content Creation
- Marketing Cloud: Campaign Planning
- Marketing Cloud: Campaign Preview Refinement
* If topics with the same names still appear in the asset library, you may be using an older version.

🧠 Why This Matters
The discontinued Campaign Designer (beta) concept has now been absorbed into the conversation-based Campaign Creation flow.

We are clearly moving toward:
👉 AI-driven campaign building
👉 Real-time refinement
👉 Brand-consistent automation
👉 Possibly voice-based creation in the near future

The quality isn’t perfect yet — but the evolution speed is remarkable.
The era of “build an email flow just by describing it” is getting closer.

🚀 Marketing Cloud Next: External Web Tracking Setup Is Now Much Easier (Spring ’26 Update)

With the Spring ’26 release, the setup process for External Web Tracking in Marketing Cloud Next has been significantly improved.

The configuration process is now much faster and simpler, making it easier than ever to enable tracking on external websites.

Previously, several components had to be installed manually, which made the initial setup more complex.
Now, these components are automatically installed when creating a Website Connector:

• Data Streams
① Web Tracking — Identity (person data)
② Web Tracking — Behavioral Events (behavioral data)
③ MarketingStreamingAppConfig_Home (campaign association)

This automation removes several manual steps and greatly improves the overall setup experience.

Another major improvement is that the same Website Connector can now be reused across multiple campaigns.
Previously, a new connector had to be created for each campaign, but that is no longer necessary.

👏 Overall, this update dramatically improves the efficiency of enabling external website tracking in Marketing Cloud Next.

To reflect these improvements, I’ve updated one of my previous articles and summarized the latest setup steps based on the Spring ’26 changes.
