I lead Salesforce's Global 400+ Marketing Customer Advocacy Program, where my mission is to ensure our customers not only succeed but thrive. By building strong, lasting relationships, I help customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investment and unlock new opportunities for growth.

In my role, I’m dedicated to developing strategies that align with both our customers’ needs and Salesforce's business goals. I take pride in connecting with customers, understanding their challenges, and crafting solutions that drive real, meaningful outcomes. My focus is always on fostering customer loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term success.

What drives me is the ability to amplify customer voices across the organization, ensuring their stories are heard and celebrated. I’m passionate about creating a customer-first culture and leading initiatives that make a tangible impact. Beyond that, I love empowering individuals through community programs that support career growth and personal development, helping people reach new heights both professionally and personally.
