•  Ensured email status with the ISPs remains in good standing; working closely to resolve and troubleshoot any deliverability-type issues (ISP blocking, ISP blacklisting, anti-spam filtering).
•  Provided subject matter expertise on email marketing campaign best practice and regulation, including CAN-SPAM and online privacy as well as how data integrates with Salesforce solution.

•	Managed online communications portal, conduct field visits and serve as internal liaison to support 500-person sales force’s business needs
