• Continuously developed and shaped internal processes and the way we used systems to enable Customer Success Managers through automation and leveraging of existing technology like Power Automate
• Successfully implemented a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in order to create a 360° view of all our customers, their health, and expansion opportunities - moving our Customer Success Operations off Confluence into a sustainable, scalable CRM solution
• Managed the development of a Help Center used to educate internal resources, solution partners, and our clients. This included a knowledge base of 100+ knowledge articles, a training course, outbound messaging, and chatbots to automate support inquiries
