As customer communications manager I was responsible for strengthening customer relationships via constant communication through different channels as well as for the pre-selection and validation of new customers and their further engagement.

As part of Salto team, I managed content on the blog page and worked with the content-writer, worked with Google Analytics to collect, analyze the data and plan next actions, and set up mailing campaigns to support our initiatives and engage clients and potential leads.

As a Salto camp coordinator (a 100-hour online growth accelerator for early-stage startups) I was responsible for full event logistics (from finding the right solutions and setting it up to managing it during the whole time of the event) as well as for the pre-selection of the startups and further coordination of the next stages of the selection process.

As LIFT99 event manager, I was responsible for the organization of the company’s own events (from ideation to full delivery) as well as for hosting clients’ events on our premises.

As an event project manager, I was responsible for the organization of the biggest annual employer branding and employee engagement conference in Ukraine. From initial planning to delivery I was involved in all the processes of the event preparation as well as in establishing strong relationships with speakers, partners, clients, and vendors. 

As part of Changer’s team, I established strong relationships with clients and partners and coordinated clients' projects. 

Additionally, I was working on the company’s internal communications and helped to strengthen employee engagement via a set of internal initiatives, newsletters, and communication campaigns.

As an employer branding and internal comms manager, I worked collaboratively with different companies on the promotion of their career programs for students & graduates and on strengthening the company’s internal employer brand. Among my responsibilities were:
- developing and managing ambassadorship program for students & graduates (that also included promotion, pre-selection, cooperation with partners, and coordination)
- creating and fulfilling internal initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and brand loyalty 
- coordinating the shooting of employer branding videos

As an event manager, I was involved in the creation (from ideation to full realization) of different types of events to strengthen employee engagement and company brand (corporate parties, learning days, networking events) and to promote the company or company’s products (products presentations, press events, press conferences). 

I was also leading the organization of the first employer branding and employee engagement conference in Ukraine. I was communicating with clients and speakers, working with the sales team, helping with promo campaign, establishing partnerships with vendors, and managing the event team during the event.

As a project manager for graduate recruitment projects, I worked with several companies (both local and international) on attracting and engaging graduates to different internship and ambassadorship programs. I was involved not only in promoting programs via establishing partnerships with universities and students’ organizations, but also coordinated these programs and delivered intro-trainings for chosen ambassadors. 


As an event manager, I was involved in the coordination of the biggest offline and online career fairs in Ukraine, which also included client management and support during the events, cooperation with vendors, and projects’ web CMS management.
