In April 2018 I launched an international brand for one of the top HR companies in the Baltics - FINESTA BALTIC. Along with Finesta’s new brand identity I developed their marketing and PR strategy, launched new website and set off systematic PR, content and digital marketing traditions.

In August 2015 launching the first equity crowdfunding platform in the Baltics – FUNDWISE. The first months I was onboarding 7 companies to build successful campaigns and raise €375K from investors in Europe and Scandinavia. 

In 2013-2014, when co-operating with the awarded Estonian crowdfunding platform HOOANDJA, I consulted the project creators and launched their crowdfunding campaigns. Under my watch 88 projects were successfully funded raising over €250K. Also I was the guardian of Hooandja’s social media channels, which put together have now 12 000+ followers.

In 2010 while working for the NORTH ESTONIA MEDICAL CENTRE I launched the campaign for young people aged 18-25 in Estonia to become blood donors, which grew the number by 20% in just one year. I created and managed the blood donors Facebook page Doonorid ja Sõbrad that has now 25 000+ followers.
