Executive Secretary & Project Administrator – KPMG  13 January 2014 – December 2014
 
I was part of a Project Team from May 2014 to December 2014 for a client chargeable project valued at approx. £10M, where I scheduled Consultants to have 1:1 meetings with all colleagues who are affected by the Pension Scheme changes all around the country including Scotland, Wales and Off Shore

Some of my duties on this project are listed below:
 
● Liaised with external contacts around the country to book venues
● Assisted with regional scheduling of Consultants around the country and work out travel distances and times to match appropriate Consultants to locations
● Uploaded dates and locations onto booking tool website for clients to book their appointments each week
● Worked out travel logistics for costing purposes
● Updated the teams calendar with seminar information and venue details
● Set up webinars, took help line calls for the booking tool
● Booked travel and accommodation for consultants
