I am an occupational therapist (OT) and AOTA-certified fieldwork educator with 9+ years of experience developing and leading clinical education and workforce development programs. I create structured learning environments that prepare students and staff for professional success, coordinating student placements, mentoring future therapists, and building strong academic partnerships. My work has included designing training and mentorship programs that increased onboarding efficiency by 30%, mentoring students who achieved a 100% graduation rate, and managing multi-state teams that consistently maintain patient satisfaction scores of 4.9/5. I am passionate about fostering high-quality learning experiences and supporting the growth and sustainability of the clinical workforce.

I am also a life long artist, and maintain a creative multimedia practice that is vital to my wellbeing and connection to community. Occupational therapy's roots in the arts and crafts movement in the United States drew me to the profession, and the arts have been central to much of the OT programming I've developed. I am thrilled to see the evolution of social prescribing in the United States recently, and was fortunate to participate in the Global Arts in Medicine Fellowship this year.
