Throughout my professional and academic career, I can plan, develop, and maintain high-leverage corporate and public entity partnerships to support K-12 students’ college and career readiness and college graduates' career development. Here’s what I’ve achieved thus far:

• Promoted team synergy among project team members, and championed clear communication among partnered engineering teams for eight 3-5 day hackathons, with 4 teams winning awards: 2 teams winning 1st Place and 2 teams winning "Crowd Favorite".
