As the Director of our MSP (Managed Service Provider) business line I am responsible for the overall operation and success of each MSP client.  I work closely with the Program team supporting each client to understand the metrics and service levels required to meet/exceed expectations .  Additionally, I participate in new business strategies to develop solutions for prospective clients, lead MSP client implementations and work closely with our VMS project team on current and future VMS developments.

Work with client to understand needs as the company changes and provide ongoing support where needed.  Form strong partnerships with all parties involved in the program.  Instrumental in the program rollout/conversion process which involved contract negotiations with suppliers and Independent contractors and required high touch/communication with the suppliers and client's executive leadership.
