As the Director of our MSP (Managed Service Provider) business line I am responsible for the overall operation and success of each MSP client.  I work closely with the Program team supporting each client to understand the metrics and service levels required to meet/exceed expectations .  Additionally, I participate in new business strategies to develop solutions for prospective clients, lead MSP client implementations and work closely with our VMS project team on current and future VMS developments.

Meet with key executives on program goals and strategies and provide metrics to monitor progression.  Oversee the on site team to ensure program requirements are being delivered.

Oversee the MSP at Deluxe Corporation, work closely with the on site program manager to provide client with service levels that meet or exceed program goals.  Continuously work with client to leverage savings, provide metrics on program activity and supplier performance, and provide ongoing education to department managers/executive leadership on the program process and benefits.  Manage the employee time tracking group/process/SOW within the client's IT department.

Manage the implementation of the Dahl Program within IT at Ecolab, manage program activity and expansion.  Meet with key executives on program goals and strategies and provide metrics to monitor progression.  Continuously work with department managers to educate them on the Dahl Program and lead the on site team to assist with the day to day business needs related to contract resource needs.

Dahl Consulting/St. Jude Medical

Oversee the Dahl MSP at St. Jude Medical, work closely with the on site program manager to ensure we are meeting or exceeding goals set forth.  Work with client to understand needs as the company changes and provide ongoing support where needed.  Form strong partnerships with all parties involved in the program.  Instrumental in the program rollout/conversion process which involved contract negotiations with suppliers and Independent contractors and required high touch/communication with the suppliers and client's executive leadership.

US Bank, N.A.

Account Management of municipal bond issues.  Customers included cities, counties, municipalities, school districts across multiple locations within the US.   Facilitated transactions and validated compliance via the governing documents.  Completed scheduled payments to Investors as governed by the legal documents.

You want a non-linear path. I'll give you a non-linear path.

I sent this summary in a DM recently and they said, "non-linear path. the best kind."

- I wanted to play in the NBA when I was a kid (I didn't realize I had a 0.1% chance when I was 10). I was good at most sports.
- My backup plan was to be the next Bob Costas.

I then made no effort or decisions that would lead to broadcasting


Majored in BIO b/c I thought it make me sound smart and played golf with a guy who said if I went into selling Pharma, I'd get paid to play golf. I was in.

And that put me on a train I never really wanted to be on:

- Sales for 7 years (I was just good enough not to get fired)
- Customer Service for 4 (I was elite at this)
- Finance for 10 (great at accounts receivable, not as good at risk analysis [balance sheet and p&L reviews] and accounting)
- Data Analysis - I'm good at this, but not the way that co. wanted me to do it. 


Out of desperation in July '23, I started creating content here on Li. I had no other social media accounts/profiles. Li was the only account I had. 450 connections, never commented or posted. 

I quickly found out I was good at writing content and telling stories. 

That data job was going horribly, and I wanted out so I decided online "coaching" was worth a shot at that point. 

I quit in Feb. '24, and launched first Li offer Apr '24.

I started helping ppl w/ Li content and storytelling b/c so many struggled with both. 
 
I signed 20 clients in about a year, but grossly undercharged all of them, and the work didn't feel completely aligned with what I wanted to be doing.


I started the podcast during this time to finally do something "broadcast" related. Loved recording and talking to guests, didn't like the post-production work or trying to fix audio issues.  Stopped after about 14 months and 40 episodes.


I've encountered and worked my way thru so many different situations, people, and environments.  I won't say all situations, but quite a few.


I've:

• built relationships
• solved problems
• figured things out
• and continued to learn


And, that's what it's all about, right?

Optimization Specialist | Streamlining Processes & Systems | Using Data to Drive Efficiency, Reduce Risk, and Improve Performance

I've only really discussed this once, about a year ago, but since I've been sick for most of the past week, it's a good time to revisit. 

As someone with OCD, and I mean the real kind, not the "I'm OCD about X", Avoidance of germs is a big one for me, so I always feel guilty when I get sick b/c it means I'm not doing enough.

• More hand washing
• More sanitizing
• Less handshaking
• Less public door handles
• And yes, I wipe down all gas pumps and would never touch one with my bare hands w/o doing so


But, I've come to realize that there's only so much that can be done, and I'll get sick from time to time. It's been 2 years, so it's a decent run. 


One of the biggest issues is that I HATE just lying around and "resting". Ugh, the worst. 


I spend more time looking for something to watch than actually watching anything.

And when I do pick something, I either immediately turn it off or regret watching once I finish. 

At least the Monday night football games were good. 

I finally tried Slow Horses for the 3rd time, and it might stick this time. I never made it through EP 1 the previous 2x I tried it. 


Today is day 3 of the antibiotics, and I'm starting to round back into form slowly. 


𝗣.𝗦. This has been my view recently. My 50-pound furball is sleeping while I try to get a Netflix movie that doesn't come out for two weeks to play early.
