As the Director of our MSP (Managed Service Provider) business line I am responsible for the overall operation and success of each MSP client.  I work closely with the Program team supporting each client to understand the metrics and service levels required to meet/exceed expectations .  Additionally, I participate in new business strategies to develop solutions for prospective clients, lead MSP client implementations and work closely with our VMS project team on current and future VMS developments.

Oversee the MSP at Deluxe Corporation, work closely with the on site program manager to provide client with service levels that meet or exceed program goals. Manage the employee time tracking group/process/SOW within the client's IT department.

Manage the implementation of the Dahl Program within IT at Ecolab, manage program activity and expansion.  Meet with key executives on program goals and strategies and provide metrics to monitor progression.  Continuously work with department managers to educate them on the Dahl Program and lead the on site team to assist with the day to day business needs related to contract resource needs.

Oversee the Dahl MSP at St. Jude Medical, work closely with the on site program manager to ensure we are meeting or exceeding goals set forth.  Work with client to understand needs as the company changes and provide ongoing support where needed.  Form strong partnerships with all parties involved in the program.  Instrumental in the program rollout/conversion process which involved contract negotiations with suppliers and Independent contractors and required high touch/communication with the suppliers and client's executive leadership.

Account Management of municipal bond issues.  Customers included cities, counties, municipalities, school districts across multiple locations within the US.   Facilitated transactions and validated compliance via the governing documents.  Completed scheduled payments to Investors as governed by the legal documents.
