Drove all aspects of creative experience on the web and digital ends of the company ensuring delivery of high quality creative to increase brand awareness and increase online sales.

Since joining average ticket price, revenue, and social reach have all increased, while cutting spend in the marketing budget from $600,000 a month to just roughly $200,000 a month.

Managed all organic social media platforms by approving all designs/content and creating posting schedules. Also managed paid media campaigns on Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram while being the point of contact with our 3rd party marketing agency that handled media buys on Facebook.

Took over as the lead of acquisition and helped segment email lists to target individual customers based on interests and intent to purchase. After implementing these new sales funnels, email campaigns became the number one leading source of revenue on the digital end.

Designed all material in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign used across all social media, web, website and merchandise platforms including apparel, web advertisements, product pictures, email campaigns, model photography, packaging, and all creative requirements or opportunities.

Managed and directed a team of 6 designers, 3 photographers, and 2 video editors to complete all necessary tasks on the digital and print end for all 3 brands.

Designed and/or directed completion of all advertisements on 6+ social media accounts that had reach of over a combined 20 million users.

Designed all expo and show booths and was awarded the best designed booth at the Olympia 2013 Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Analyzed content reporting and adjusted strategy and layouts to make sure each piece of content was being optimally used for revenue growth.

Worked directly with the CEO to come up with each month’s marketing and new product launch strategies through each revenue stream.

Created the brand book and style guide for Shredz Supplements, Skinny Bunny Tea, and Flavor God.
